Although we strive for absolute perfection, our staff is trained to accept direct accountability for any problem originating from mishandling or misadvisement relating to any product or service. If you ever feel as though any staff member is not acting in the proper accordance to assist you, we strongly encourage you to contact a Resolution Advisor by emailing cla@centerstagelighting.com which immediately alerts our corporate office of a complaint report and a Resolution Manager will contact you (most usually in 1 - 2 hours or less) to provide resolution to any issue you may encounter. A. Service Area - CenterstageLIGHTING.com offers service to the continental United States only. We do not offer shipping to AK, HI, or PR as these states do not make up and are not part of the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally. 1. Local Pickups - CenterstageLIGHTING.com is a shipping distribution warehouse only and we are not open to walk-in traffic. Because our business is ship distribution based,insurance providers strictly prohibit non-employees inside our facilities or on-site due to safety & liability. We are unable to offer local pick up or allow customers to be on-site. B. Shipping - Shipping services are provided by UPS. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box. We do not use US Postal Service for shipments of any kind. 1. We highly recommend shipping insurance on any purchase over $100.00. Shipping insurance is complimentary with some items and is optional on others. (Insurance options are stated in all listings). All shipments leave our facility packaged according to the item, its damage history & value. All shipments are packaged extremely well. Once an item leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of UPS. Under UPS TOS, if a package is lost or damaged (even clearly from neglect or abuse by UPS) they will not reimburse you for the loss unless the package is insured. CenterstageLIGHTING.com is in no way responsible or liable for damage or loss caused by any shipping carrier, nor is CenterstageLIGHTING.com liable to you or any person for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss of damages, without limitation, arising out of or in connection with any shipment mishandled, damaged, abused, lost, stolen, or delayed by United Parcel Service. a. CenterstageLIGHTING.com will assist, by any means available to us, the expedited resolution of any insured claim filed against UPS in relation to damage or loss of product. As an extended service to our loyal customers, CenterstageLIGHTING.com can advance replace insured items damaged or lost by the carrier. We are also here to assist in expediting shipping (at no cost to you) obtaining a refund of the original shipping cost incurred by you (if applicable). Our success rate averages 99% in negotiating with UPS to resolve any insured issue to our customer's satisfaction. Our staff has many years of experience in dealing with nearly any possible scenario. We will take the time to do what is right without hesitation. Report shipping damage b. In the event your insured shipment arrives with visible damage, CenterstageLIGHTING.com authorizes you to refuse the shipment and you agree to provide us immediate notification of a refusal based upon the aforementioned scenario through the use of our Online Service Form. This procedure applies only to insured shipments. Failure to provide us immediate notice may result in the shipment being returned to you at your expense. Refusal of a non-insured shipment will not be accepted under any circumstance and will result in the shipment being returned to you at your expense. c. To help keep prices as low as possible and maintain compliance with anti-fraud rules originating from credit card companies and related third party payment services (when applicable) any outbound shipment in excess of $249.99 now carries a mandatory adult signature required. The standard UPS rate is $2.75 per package and is applicable only to packages exceeding $249.99 in value. CenterstageLIGHTING.com is committed to absorbing this charge whenever possible, but signature required charges by UPS will vary by item. This is a requirement put in place to prevent fraud and has been adopted by all credit card companies. d. In the event your shipment arrives factory defective, CenterstageLIGHTING.com will replace the unit for you, free of charge. Notification within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the product is a strict requirement of this service. CenterstageLIGHTING.com will assist you with warranty repair via the manufacturer if the unit is not inspected & reported within the stated time period. As a measure of solid customer service CenterstageLIGHTING.com agrees to cover any freight charges you may have incurred on the original shipment as well as ship you an advance replacement product at no cost to you provided the specified criteria is observed. If a unit arrives factory defective and is not inspected and reported within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt, CenterstageLIGHTING.com has no way to control and is in no way responsible or liable for damage or loss caused by factory defective items. CenterstageLIGHTING.com is in no way liable to you or any person for indirect, incidental or consequential loss of damages, without limitation, arising from or in connection with a factory defective item or by shipping error, including internal, manufacturer or carrier relation. If your order is high priority, CenterstageLIGHTING.com, at no additional charge, will guarantee order accuracy on any shipment originating from our facility when the next day air shipping option has been selected. Report Factory Defective e. Tracking Your Order - At the close of the business day, our sales office will email a copy of your receipt to the email address you have on file with eBay. We also dispatch a more detailed tracking email from the UPS website. In order to receive these communications, both CenterstageLIGHTING.com and UPS will need to be set as "safe" senders within your anti-spam filters. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder. In most circumstances, spam filters grab most email communications if the sender is not on a pre-approved or listed on the safe senders list. If you have followed the suggestions above and are still unable to locate your tracking number, then please contact us.. f. Refused Or Undeliverable - CenterstageLIGHTING.com makes every effort to notify you of an inbound shipment. If a shipment is returned to us by UPS after multiple delivery attempts, our warehouse will reroute the package back to you along with updated tracking information. Any refused/missed shipments will incur: 1) Outbound re-ship charge, regardless if the original order qualified for free shipping 2) UPS service charge for multiple-attempt return 3) Service charges of $10.00 per package applied by CenterstageLIGHTING.com. This is a time consuming process and we can no longer absorb the costs of performing this service free of charge. g. Express Shipping Quotes - Due to the wide range of size/weight/dimensional weight of the products we offer, it will most often be necessary to contact us for an accurate express shipping quote. Our new format will include all of the information noted above so that you can get express shipping estimates here any time, day, or night. The new information will soon begin to populate our upcoming listing formats. When this information appears, you can easily run an express shipping quote and compare prices of different express options offered. After running the estimate, should you require an express shipment, please contact us. We can most often provide a better rate than the estimator can. h. Customer Service Contact - for the most efficient handling of any issue noted above, please visit our Customer Care Center to submit the proper information via our Online Support Form so that we can provide immediate, no-hassle resolution to any unforseen issues that may arise. C. Accepted Payment Methods 1. CenterstageLIGHTING.com is a licensed merchant for direct payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We accept any of these credit cards directly. a. In order for us to accept a direct credit card payment, the card must be based with a United States bank with a verifiable daytime phone number, and the shipment must match the address on file with the card provider. For example, if it is more convenient for you to receive shipments at your work address, simply contact your credit card provider and place your work address on file as an approved location for shipment. Submission of credit card payment not matching the requested information may delay your order. These rules are set by your credit card provider, not by CenterstageLIGHTING.com. CenterstageLIGHTING.com is not responsible or liable for the delay of any order related to unverifiable credit card information. 2. CenterstageLIGHTING.com accepts PayPal a. In order for us to accept a PayPal payment, your PayPal address must be confirmed. PayPal does not confirm funds based on non-United States based banks. PayPal authorized CenterstageLIGHTING.com to ship only to the confirmed address as provided by PayPal. PayPal e-checks are accepted, but as stated in PayPal's terms of service, CenterstageLIGHTING.com is not authorized to ship any order paid via e-check until PayPal authorizes the e-check has cleared. This generally takes 3 - 5 business days. b. Because PayPal is a 3rd party payment processing agent, CenterstageLIGHTING.com is in no way responsible or accountable for any interruption or delay of service originating from, but not limited to PayPal's mishandling of funds, holds placed on funds by PayPal or requests to deliver shipments to non-authorized PayPal addresses. Use of PayPal's service is in no way related to CenterstageLIGHTING.com so by using PayPal's service you are doing so at your own risk. D. Return Policy 1. CenterstageLIGHTING.com accepts returns regulated by the following guidelines a. If you are not satisfied with your order, CenterstageLIGHTING.com agrees to accept your return. A 20% restock fee will apply to any cash refund given, without exception. We are in no way responsible for return shipping charges or damages to the return while it is in transit back to us. Any return must be in transit to us no more than ( 7 ) days following the date of original receipt. All returns must have a CRMA Number to be properly tracked & handled by our customer support agents and must be returned to us via a trackable carrier such as UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Shipment via USPS are not trackable and therefore is an unaccpeted carrier. Delivery of any shipment without proper documentation will be refused by our warehouse. The Backstage Pass membership is a specialized service offered by CenterstageLIGHTING.com to volume buyers such as resellers, installers, production companies & multi-op mobile DJ owners. The membership is open to anyone who wishes to apply. If you wish to apply, please complete the online application and submit it for review. Backstage Pass Membership is granted based upon approval of our corporate officers. If your application is approved, you will be granted pending approval at which time our office will issue a confidential Terms Of Service disclosure. After review and agreement to the Terms Of Membership as outlined in this confidental disclosure, we simply require an original signed document to be returned to us to activate your membership.
