General FAQ
- What is Factory Certified B-Stock?
B-Stock, C-Stock & Factory Refurbished are all terms which describe the same item classification. These three terms are used to maintain compliance with all of our manufacturer's rules regarding the sale of these items. Throughout this disclosure the term "B-Stock" will reference all of these classifications.
B-Stock items can be generated from a number of sources. The one common element with B-Stock merchandise is all items are purchased directly through the respective manufacturer. Conditions which create B-Stock items include dealer returns, manufacturer trade show displays, dealer show room displays, manufacturer show room displays and production run manufacturing defects. All items within this classification are tested by the manufacturer, purchased by CenterstageLIGHTING from the manufacturer, and sold to customers at a reduced price with a stated factory warranty period. The price is reduced because the units can no longer be classified as new. Some items may not include the original factory box, although most do. It is possible for these items to be missing manuals. Should you recieve a unit missing a manual, we can refer you to the proper place to find one to download.
The manufacturer does not provide us with the reason items have been classified as B-Stock. All B-Stock merchandise is guaranteed to arrive fully functional. In most cases B-Stock items are cosmetically and mechanically indistinguishable from new products. On occasion some items may show a period of elapsed time on hour counting displays. Some manufacturers will put 2 - 10 hours on a unit during the manufacturing process, although some units will have little to zero hours. Minor cosmetic flaws are a possibility, however in most cases, B-Stock units are cosmetically flawless. It is not a common practice for a manufacturer to load a B-Stock unit with a new lamp unless the lamp was non-functional.

You may request a quote for any item from any supported manufacturer by visiting our

- Do you carry other items from the same manufacturers?
While CenterstageLIGHTING.com is continually updating our online database, there are many items which may not appear on our site. You can always use our Custom Quote Center to request a quote for anything you do not see on our site.

Centerstage Lighting accepts purchase orders. Products will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Purchase orders from state or federal agencies can be released immediately.

- Do you offer free shipping?
CenterstageLIGHTING.com does offer free shipping on most orders over $199.00 (within the continental U. Please review the shipping center for full details on what is excluded from this program and why.
- Do you ship internationally?
Centerstage Lighting now ships internationally. Additional shipping rates and fees may apply and vary. Orders submitted through the Custom Quote Center receive the fastest service. Customer is responsible for all duties, tarriffs, currency exchange and miscellaneous costs associated with international shipping. Read more about International Shipping
- How soon does my order ship?
Orders originating from the KY warehouse will normally ship the same day. As stock levels can fluctuate and change day by day, some orders may ship from an alternate warehouse in CA, FL or MI. At maximum, orders will be received within 6-7 business days, although the majority will arrive much faster. This does not apply to pre-orders or backordered items.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At maximum, orders will be received within 6 - 7 business days, but the majority will arrive much faster. The speed of arrival depends on the origin of the shipment. We ship from 4 loctions (KY, CA, FL, MI) based on stock level. This does not apply to pre-orders or backordered items.
- Can I upgrade to a faster shipping time for my order?

- What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Should your order arrive damaged, factory defective, or incomplete in any way, please use our
Service Support Form located in the service center to provide all the information required for ultra-fast resolution to any shipping issue. Reports generated through this system recieve top priority attention as it is designed to collect all necessary information we require to expedite the process.
- What do I do if my order arrives factory defective?
Should your order arrive damaged, factory defective, or incomplete in any way, please use our
Service Support Form located in the service center to provide all the information required for ultra-fast resolution to any shipping issue. Reports generated through this system recieve top priority attention as it is designed to collect all necessary information we require to expedite the process.
- Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Centerstage Lighting is an internet and mail order facility. Under certain circumstances, appointments may be made for local pickup. To request local pickup, please contact us via our online webform.
- How can I track the status of my order?
Tracking information is emailed at the end of every business day to all customers who provide an email address. Add CenterstageLIGHTING.com as an allowed contact in your email contact list to ensure delivery through junk / spam filters. Registered members of CenterstageLIGHTING.com have immediate access to tracking information through My Account.
- How can I see a complete order history?
