What items are excluded from the free freight policy?

Generally, the only items requiring additional freight are items which must ship via truck freight.  These items are noted throughout the site.  CenterstageLIGHTING.com will always offer you the most competitive rates available anytime freight charges apply.  Planning ahead is key in getting the best freight rates (when applicable) and shipping multi-piece orders within one shipment will most always save you money on freight charges when freight applies.  

• Shipping will be applicable on any order which does not total $199.00 (Based on actual item cost, before
  taxes or other fees, duties or tariffs)
• Shipping is applicable to any product  exceeding the UPS weight and/or the UPS dimensional weight
  restrictions unless otherwise noted
• Special rates apply to shipments outside of the United States.  Free Shipping does not apply to these international orders
  
  Visit our Custom Quote Center to obtain a freight quote on any item(s) requiring additional freight.  In some cases, CenterstageLIGHTING.com may be able to offer deeply discounted rates and will sometimes offer to match a percentage of 
  freight rates.  These offers are extended at every possible opportunity and are based on many factors.  Please remember we're always happy to provide a freight quote & you can never go wrong by making the request!
  
  NOTE:  CenterstageLIGHTING.com does not offer local pickups as outlined in our TOS.  We are able to arrange pickup directly from our suppliers locations under most conditions.  Please contact us for details on arranging will call orders directly from one of our suppliers.

International Shipping

Centerstage Lighting is proud to announce its new worldwide shipping service. In response to overwhelming requests, Centerstage Lighting now offers international shipping service.  Use the convenient   Custom_Quote_Center  or call (866)-332-4978 to speak to a sales representative.  Once a price quote has been issued for the product, Centerstage Shipments International (CSI) works one-on-one with each customer to determine the most cost-efficient shipping service.  

Paypal or Credit card payment is recommended for fastest service.   All price quotes are in US dollars (USD). Special shipping rates will apply.  Customer assumes responsibility for all customs fees, tarriffs, rate of exchange, bank fees and any such additional expenses which may incur.
